Ilya Matyushin is a 20-year-old creative videographer/editor. Since he was young, he has involved himself with filming by making videos on YouTube. His growth and evolution in becoming a videographer/editor have developed through drive and constant exposure to video editing techniques when producing new content for his YouTube brand. He went from creating cinematic style vlogs and traveler videos to shooting music videos and concert recaps for artists. Currently, Ilya Matyushin shoots projects all across the board for different clients in various industries. His passion and love for this career have been the sole driver of his success and journey to be closer to perfecting his craft.
Goals for 2022
Being a part of the Four Shadow collective is a great accomplishment. Ilya Matyushin can be a part of a well-driven group of creatives who have the liberty to use their style as well as collaborate in their workspace with each other. Ilya explains that in 2022, Four Shadow will expand its services across various industries, influencers, and entrepreneurs. The main goal for this new year is to build the collective bigger than it already is. This will happen with the mindset that creativity, drive, and success will lead them there. Ilya Matyushin’s personal goal for his audience is to make them feel something. He strives for full engagement and to provoke emotion in the audience through the structure of the story he’s telling.
Day in the Life
A day in the life of Ilya Matyushin always holds a variety of projects and challenges. This involves prep for shoots, executing gigs, and then organizing and editing film or photos by the end of the day. Some days he travels to multiple locations across different cities to capture his work and always has that grind mentality. Ilya Matyushin has big plans for this future and expects to build on his current success; watch out for his new work!
