The Tender Foundation
The Tender Foundation launched in January of 2020. Tender Foundation aims to offer “a safe and compassionate space” for single mothers in poverty in Atlanta. Also, they want the foundation to be there for people to seek help and not feel ashamed or judged.
Firstly, the program’s goal is to reduce the obstacles and issues single mothers face. It offers financial aid towards utilities, rent, and childcare expenses. Also, they offer gift cards to grocery stores and diaper banks providing diapers, wipes, and baby formula.
