The YSL members, including Young Thug and Gunna, are getting a wave of support from their fellow rap friends. These YSL members are facing racketeering and gang charges.

The most outspoken rap friend was Lil Keed. Lil Keed is a 2020 XXL Freshman and is not a part of YSL. However, Lil Keed is 24 and confident that YSL (Young Stoner Life) is many things but not a gang.

Lil Keed Shows Love for YSL

Lil Keed praises YSL members saying they are a family and live a particular lifestyle. However, he wants to clarify that they are not a criminal organization.

Authorities in Georgia are feeling the complete opposite. They hit Young Thug, Gunna, and the 26 other members with an 88-page indictment. However, in this 88-page indictment, they are accused of murder, stolen property, and ordered a hit out on ATL rapper YFN Lucci. YFN Lucci was stabbed in February in Fulton County jailhouse.

Metro Boomin, Post Malone, and Meek Mill had similar comments as Lil Keed.

The authorities, in this case, are using Young Thug and Gunna’s music lyrics as potential evidence. But Metro Boomin took it on Twitter and was not happy.

Post Malone Hoping For the Best

Post Malone and Young Thug have a great relationship after they had a hit together on the 2020 album “Hollywood’s Bleeding.” He supports Young Thug and Gunna and hopes everything turns out for the best.

Another famous rapper Meek Mill hated on the RICO charges and praised Young Thug’s character. He is putting no blame on the artists. But he is worried about how it affects the individuals looking from the outside.

In January, Meek Mill, Jay-Z, and Fat Joe proposed a bill, “Rap Music on Trial,” to prevent lyrics from being used as evidence in a criminal case.

But, that proposed bill is for the state of New York only. Unfortunately, it will do the YSL members no good living in Georgia.
