After Being Hit With A Firecracker, Lil Durk Is Recovering From The Eye Injury
Week after week, I assure you that the year has been one hell of a year for Lil Durk. Lil Durk has held the title of one of the top rappers in the game. He reassured his position in the game after the 7220 release. However, Durk had to cut his plans short due to a serious eye injury obtained at Lollapalooza. During his show, Lil Durk was hit in the eye with an explosive object. Though he continued his performance, he told fans that he would be taking a step back to work on his health until he recovered.
Lil Durk took to Instagram to address his fans following the incident, “Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I’ma take a break & focus on my health. I finished my performance yesterday for my fans. Appreciate y’all.”
Khaled & Durk Collab On God Did
Recently, fans got an update on Lil Durk’s recovery when DJ Khaled shared a post on Instagram. It appears that Lil Durk is doing a lot better. DJ Khaled and Lil Durk were seen in the Instagram post on his tour bus where both Durk and Khaled had some words to say to fans that were used to promote, God Did. The album is set to be released on August 26th. Khaled said, “Bless up the Great @lildurk THIS GOD DID! My brother @lildurk KEEP GOING.”
Lil Durk was on DJ Khaled’s last album, Khaled Khaled, in 2021. Lil Durk teamed up with Lil Baby on the hit record, “EVERY CHANCE I GET.”
