GhostFace Killah On New York Mets

GhostFace Killah is a legendary artist in the Hip Hop world as a member of the infamous Wu-Tang Clan. This monumental Hip Hop group is certainly iconic in the world of music entertainment. However, would you ever expect any of these dudes to be sports fans? Yet alone baseball fans? Well it just so happens GhostFace Killah is a Mets fan and on July 10th this Hip Hop icon went and visited CitiField in Queens, New York. He went with friends and family to watch the Mets take on The Miami Marlins.

GhostFace Killah Tours Citi Field:

GhostFace Killah took to social media sharing good times. He took a tour of Citi Field with Mets owner Steve Cohen enjoying this celebratory occasion of retiring former Mets first baseman Kieth Hernandez’s jersey. He was taking this moment in with other notable figures. Including former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. The Wu-Tang fashion enjoyed the festivities from the all exclusive most coveted section of the stadium. The owners box of course.

In this Twitter Clip GhostFace Killah Said This: “We checking out the show, The Mets. They just had Keith Hernandez retire that jersey, its a special day today. We out here baby, you see the hat, you see the shirt. We here baby, we doin it big baby, 2022, we out here, we outside”.

Finally, looks like GhostFace Killah isn’t the only sports fan in the infamous Wu-Tang Clan HipHop Group. In 2019 The New York Jets took the field in East Rutherford New Jersey at MetLife Stadium amongst the likes of Method Man, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, and Masta Killa.

A definite well deserved praise for GhostFace Killah by his hometown people while honoring the retirement of the Keith Hernandez. In May, Tony Stark was also honored by New York Mayor Eric Adams with his own day in New York City.
