Frankly Austyn has come a long way from his band days. Now he is mixing, writing, and producing his own music. He has fully produced a few of his own tracks, and also has production credits on most other tracks. He is a very hands-on artist as he has a specific vision for each project he wants portrayed by the final project. Frankly collaborates with talented producers on some projects depending on what he is going for, or he does them himself. He also works with a close friend and incredible engineer, Atou, who manages all the mastering of his songs.
Frankly Austyn is currently inspired by artists such as Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Kurt Cobain, Juice Wrld, Travis Scott, X, and Twenty One Pilots. Many of these artists have been influential since he was a child, and he strives for this kind of longevity in the music industry.
Recently, Frankly Austyn released a remix of XO Tour Lif3 that was remastered from a freestyle to a hit track. Along with releasing this song, Frankly Austyn has many other very proud moments in his career. He has been able to release his first EP, gain a lot of fans, work with amazing artists, sell features, build up online credibility, and much more. Though he has made it so far already, he has dreams to shoot for the stars. He dreams of touring the world, building a popular studio in the city, and starting his own record label.
