Drake Teases New Music After Performing With Backstreet Boys

Drake teases more new music following his recent appearance with the Backstreet Boys.

After releasing his surprising new album Honestly, Nevermind last month, OVO’s leader received some criticism. Despite his criticism, it’s clear that he’s ready to move on and release more new music. Drake announced in a new. video with French Montana that he is returning to dropping “crazy” music.

“I’m back going crazy, I’m just letting you know that,” the 6 God said. “I’m in a different bag right now, I promise you.”

Could “Rap” Drake be Returning Soon?

Drake did not provide any additional information or a preview of what is to come, but knowing Drake, he has already recorded the vast majority of what he has planned. He also recently revealed that another Scary Hour mixtape is on the way.

Drake also got to fulfill every 90s baby’s dream by joining the famous Backstreet Boys on stage over the weekend.

On Saturday evening, Drake was among the fans who attended the Backstreet Boys concert in Toronto, Canada, and he had the opportunity to perform the group’s mega hit, “I Want It That Way.”

Drake was named an honorary member and referred to as the group’s “sixth member.” The Backstreet Boys posted a video online. “What’s better than I Want It That Way?” The image captioned.

Drake Recalls his Earliest Memory of the boy band’s Smash Hit:

“At 13 years old, I had a bar mitzvah, and at my bar mitzvah, for the first time in my life, this girl I was in love with came up to me while one of the greatest songs in the world was playing, and she asked me if I would dance with her,” Drake said.

The rapper continued, “It was the first time I ever felt acknowledged, and it was the first time I ever felt like, you know, I had a shot at being cool.”

Drake, who previously portrayed Jimmy in Degrassi, has frequently spoken about his own identity issues and his need for validation back then.

He called out the girl from his story.

“If she can see me now, you know what I’m talking about?” he said before joining the group in singing the tune.
