Chris Brown Speaks On Artists Mimicking His Meet And Greets

R&B superstar Chris Brown has claimed that his frequently talked about meet -and-greet packages have inspired other artists to show more love to their fans.

Raising Eyebrows

Though Brown didn’t call any artist out by name in particular, his remarks come after eyebrows were raised regarding his recent meet-and-greet photos surfaced online. Breezy’s recent meet-and-greet photos came both with a high price tag and sensual engagement.

“I’m happy that my meet and greets are starting to inspire artists to actually give a fuck about their fans,” Brown wrote on a Instagram Story.

Brown added: “I didn’t invent the wheel or meet and greets but I damn sure set the tone. Team Breezy.”

Not The First Time

This isn’t the first time that Breezy has talked about his meet-and-greet packages. Earlier this month, Brown took to his IG story to mock artists for not being on his level.

“PSA!!! When artists (everyone) do concerts, they all have something called a VIP package. I haven’t done meet and greets in over 7 years…” He wrote.

Brown continued: “I have the coolest fans on the planet…I appreciate the fuck outta them. These are memories that will last with them forever. Unlike most of these lame-ass artists that won’t make eye contact with the people who made it possible to even have a career. I only exist because these fans saw something in me I never thought was possible… So Ima go all out for my fans!!!”

Bleu Defends Brown

Brown had come under scrutiny when the word spread that the meet-and-greet photo packages was priced for over $1,000. Fellow artist BLEU came to Brown’s defense and stated that the pricey pics were for memories meant to last a lifetime.

“1000$ for a life long memory/moment ain’t bad,” Bleu tweeted out. “Y’all ain’t gone have no memories when y’all get old only thing y’all gone remember is paying bills.”

Brown’s One Of Them One’s Tour alongside Lil Baby will continue on August 19th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Afterwards Baby and Breezy will head to California for a couple of shows before finally wrapping up the tour in Las Vegas on August 27th.
