Cardi B Fires Back At Comparisons Made to Andrew Tate

Cardi B voiced herself after Jake Shields, a UFC fighter, compared her to the controversial Andrew Tate.

On August 18th, Andrew Tate was banned from three of the major social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This decisions came after he was deemed a ”threat to young men” and breached hate speech rules.

Shields tweeted his opinion on Tate, taking his side and coming at young girls for having role models such as Cardi B or the Kardashian family.

He wrote, “People are freaking out about young boys looking up to Andrew Tate but totally fine with young girls looking up to Cardi B and the Kardashians. Tate’s Main message is stop being lazy. Stop making excuses and go work hard and get in shape and make money.”

Jake Shields Brings Cardi B Into The Convo

Mentioning Cardi B on his Twitter rant, the professional fighter claimed that her followers ”go through life as a brain dead moron” and sleep with ”random men”.

One of Shield’s tweets said, “Cardi’s Is go do drugs, fuck random men and go through life as a brain dead Moron. Dozens of rapers [sic] Have songs glorifying murder but Andrew Tate’s the biggest problem?”

Cardi B’s Response To The Andrew Tate Comparisons

Cardi B decided to hit back on Twitter with tweets that were later deleted.

She wrote, ”I’m married, I don’t smoke weed, I don’t pop pills. I don’t do coke, I’m a mom of two kids, and I do a lot of charity work.” She added, ”But hey, let me put Cardi into it to defend a man who defends misogyny and rape.”

Back in 2017, Andrew Tate, who is a former MMA fighter, was banned from Twitter.

On the topic of Cardi B, the Grammy-winning rapper finally get her first face tattoo after being hesitant about it. The New York rapper is seen in footage from tattoo artist Robinson De Lost Santos getting red ink on the left side of her jawline.
